Ann H. Perry is an owner/attorney in The Law Offices of Perry & Jensen, LLC. She and her business partner, Bonni Jensen, have been in business together since 1991. Ms. Perry specializes in criminal defense and family law.
Criminal Defense: Ms. Perry has 26 years of trial experience in defending clients, both adults and juveniles, who have been charged with criminal offenses. She is one of a select group of defense attorneys who is qualified to defend cases where the State is seeking the death penalty. Ms. Perry is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Palm Beach County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States, Florida Supreme Court and the Southern District of the United States District Court of Florida. She has taught criminal law courses at both the under-graduate and graduate level for the past 8 years.
Family Law: For the past 26years, Ms. Perry has represented individuals involved in divorce proceedings (simple and complex), custody proceedings, modification proceedings, domestic violence (both civil and criminal), contempt proceedings, step parent adoptions, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, paternity and gestational surrogacy contracts. Throughout the years, Ms. Perry has developed a strong and competent network of professionals, such as accountants, appraisers and actuaries, who provide needed assistance for those cases containing complex financial issues. The Law Firm also specializes in the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (“QDROS”).
